This topic came up in another networking place and I was intrigued by the question so I thought I would post it here to see the responses.
For me, all of my clients thus far are all women...however, I am open to having male clients.

I am the co-founder & CEO of Work It, Mom! This is my first stint as a full-time entrepreneur and it's the most thrilling and scary thing I've ever done. Before launching Work It, Mom! I slaved away in the dark world of venture capital.

I think it depends on the type of business one has... but I am curious to hear from say web designers or freelance writers - it's a great question!

I am a work at home mum and decided to start my business while pregnant with my third child. I'm still here and loving every minute of it!

Mine are pretty much all women. The male clients I do have are local and are in very 'manly' industries.
I'd have to say that 95% of my clients are 'virtual' and I only know them online.

I'm with Nataly here - it really depends on the type of business you are in. For example, in finance, most clients tend to be men. But I am curious in more balanced industries, like art and fashion.....
