I am looking to ad a podcast show or videocast show to my newest blog which has not yet launched. I was wondering if anyone could give me advice on this. Do you have a favorite podcasting host? Any input would be appreciated.

I host two podcasts and am involved with selling podcast advertising. What specifically would you like to know?

I guess I am wondering what the best way to go about starting a show. I have a list of podcast hosts and I think I am leaning toward using Podango. I can easily integrate the podcasts to Wordpress and they provide free hosting. Do you have any experience with using Podango?

What I am struggling with at this point is that I am not a good public speaker, nor do I really have the time to host a show. I have the idea and can direct the content but I don't want to be the voice.

Do you by chance know of anyone that would be interested in hosting a show discussing women throughout the blogosphere?

Do you have a plan for monetizing that would make it worth hiring a host and possibly paying out for editing and production? I currently already host one show as an "employee" - my duties are to find and book the guests (which I now have hired a VA to do), conduct the interviews, edit the podcasts and upload the content to her Audio Acrobat account. Then the owner of the show has the podcasts transcribed before she releases them. I am sure that you could find someone willing to host, but you'll have to create a business model for it and decide what your goals are and how it fits into your current operations.

I looked into Podango briefly - but decided to stick with Audio Acrobat - so I'm afraid I'm not horribly familiar with it.
