I'll start:
We launched WIM about a year ago (although it seems like 10) and yeah, I see myself doing this for a while, given I can keep myself from totally losing my mind to the stress

I've been in the IT industry for many years, but my business for nearly one. I could see myself doing this (SEO) for years to come or some form of it. I think this is something that'll carry on through time.
I just have to keep up with technology, changing algorithms, and all that jazz

I stated my business June 2007 and I find I love it. Juggling all aspects of running a business is right up my alley. Now, I just need to figure out how to balance time for my girls with the time I spend in front of the computer. I constantly think of things I want to do for the business that it is hard to just add it to the growing list of things to work on later so I can sit and play now.Flag as inappropriate Posted by Lisa Nelson on 17th March 2008

I started my business in September 2007 and am still in the growing stages. I do envision doing it for a long time... possibly my entire life. It makes me happy and provides a sturdy financial incentive, so why the heck not? That said, it can be stressful, especially now while I am growing. There are days that make me want to bury my head in the sand and say enough already!Flag as inappropriate Posted by Yes, Mommy has to work today on 17th March 2008

I've been in the career advising field for over 10 years, 5 of it in my own business. I'm enjoying the opportunity to grow it at my own pace and planning to continue to build it for the long term.Flag as inappropriate Posted by Miriam Salpeter-Keppie Careers on 18th March 2008

This is my stress relief & my therapy! I love having a creative outlet that makes people feel special! I cannot wait to teach my daughter some day!

I've been in internet marketing for about 7 years now. I find I frequently fall into the trap of moving from one thing to another. There are just so many options out there, and people can write RRRR good sales copy. lol.
Anyway, I found a new business a few months ago that had everything I was looking for. I am really enjoying myself, and I'm keeping an eye on myself so I don't drift, but stay on track.
This is something I can truly see doing for a long time.Flag as inappropriate Posted by Jackie Lee on 25th March 2008 -
I started my online biz in Oct '07 and I am loving it! It is hard, hard work and I am juggling it together with 4 kids and a very limited budget!
I have all kinds of ideas, dreams and paths that I want to take it in....so I am constantly excited and see myself doing this for a long, long time!!

I have had my design/promotional products business for 17 years. (www.cre8tiv.biz)
And a year ago started an online adoption gift shop ( www.ManyHeartsOneBeat.com )which is where my passion is - it is a very rewarding endeavor as many of my customers share a piece of their adoption story with me and let me know how the gifts they purchase touch those who have been a part of their journey. My goal is to reach more and more families touched by adoption and can see this becoming my core business - I would love to do this for many years to come!Flag as inappropriate Posted by Cre8tiv on 27th March 2008 -
I started my onlline site 4kidzpartyz a personalized party favor and gift business in November of 2007.( www.4kidzpartyz.com ) I wanted to work from home so I could stay home with my new baby and it is the best decision I could've made. I really enjoy it and I can see myself doing this for a very long time because I get alot of joy from hearing people commenting on how much they and their guests liked the party favors I made for them.Flag as inappropriate Posted by Diane on 27th March 2008
