How do you stay on track?

I've recently returned to doing yoga every day. I don't do very much (less than half an hour), but it's better than nothing I suppose. However, it is continually the last thing on my to do list. Sometimes I miss because I put it off until late in the evening and then I'm tired. I would love to hear tips about this, too. I am the same way: anything that's just about me slips to the bottom of the list. I guess I need to make it a priority and not feel guilty about devoting time just to myself.Flag as inappropriate Posted by Diane on 8th February 2008
