There's something about eating fresh fruits and veggies that really make it feel like spring. I think the most spring like foods are melons, and berries, and grapes. Our local farmer's market doesn't really have any fruits and veggies yet this season, but I'm wondering how you change your diet as the season changes (if at all). I'm ready for a change, but I don't know what to do other than buying fresh stuff from the grocery store. Any suggestions?
