A few weeks ago, my husband and I were at a birthday party and had the most delicious grilled asparagus. Anyway, this got me thinking about all of the other yummy things that we could grill on our George Foreman. Anyway, so the other day we made grilled french beans to go on pasta. We used seasoning salt, olive oil, and lemon pepper as the sauce to go on the beans while they grilled. It was really tasty. So now I'm all excited about finding other vegetables to grill. Any recipes out there?

4 medium zucchini, cut diagonally into 1/2-inch-thick slices
3 red peppers, cut into 1/2-inch-wide strips
3 yellow peppers, cut into 1/2-inch-wide strips
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese

Preheat grill to medium heat. Place vegetables on grill.
Grill 10 min. or until crisp-tender, turning occasionally. Place in large bowl.
Add dressing; toss to coat. Sprinkle with cheese.
I love our George Foreman!
Enjoy!

We love our George Foreman as well! Thanks for the veggie recipe -- sounds great! I've done alot of chicken (cajun, chipotle, etc.) on the Foreman, doing the vegetables after the chicken, and they pick up delicious flavoring!
