My husband makes fun of me because I love salt. I'm not one of those people who puts salt on everything, but I do feel like a dish without enough salt is blech. Anyway, on the other hand, I have started noticing the salt content in a lot of our foods. I notice that all the canned food we have has quite a bit of salt...and that's actually the only example that I can think of.
I guess the reason that I'm thinking of this is that babyjama is now eating what we eat for the most part, and I (being the worry wart that I am) am worried that she'll get too much salt...anyway, I was wondering what you ladies do to keep your salt intake down....or do you worry about that at all?
