Fried Green Tomatoes

Okay, so I've heard of fried green tomatoes for years, but never tried them until this week. I somehow had a craving for them, and so found a recipe that I liked and made it. Don't ask me how you can crave something that you've never eaten because I don't know. I absolutely loved them. I went ahead and made sandwiches out of them. My husband thought they were great too, and it was a really fast dinner.
