My 9 month old refuses to let anyone spoon feed her. She clamps her mouth shut and bats at the spoon. She will feed herself solids for a while, then starts crying and I have no idea why. I have given her her own spoon, and other objects to distract her, but she is on to me. I have read that she should be eating iron fortified cereal and her daycare provider said she still has several months of baby food eating left.
