I am the co-founder & CEO of Work It, Mom! This is my first stint as a full-time entrepreneur and it's the most thrilling and scary thing I've ever done.
Before launching Work It, Mom! I slaved away in the dark world of venture capital.

I've had a few rough weeks and I've b*tched and whined and complained a lot. And I've forgotten to appreciate all the great things, big and small. Like the excitement in my daughter's face when she sees me. Or my husband putting a water bottle on my desk on a hot day because he knows I have a lot of calls and my throat gets dry. Or the taste of great coffee (Trader Joe's, instant, but hey, I am no snob!). Or working with some pretty wonderful people.
So I am going to re-set and not complain for a day. Let's see how that goes

I'm a busy mom of a very active 1 year old boy. I love spending as much time as possible with Peyton Jack and am looking forward to meeting other working moms going through what I'm going through.

I'm up for that challenge. Lately, I've been complaining so much that even I'm tired of hearing myself whine. Good luck and let us know how it goes.

What an admirable goal. I applaud you! Imagine what a shift this world would experience if everyone did that. Could it be that we are only one day away from world peace?

I lead a busy, fun life. I'm concerned about the environment and education but try to see the beauty and wonder in the ordinary.

Go Nataly! YOU ROCK!
Once we realize how incredible we are, each and every one of us, we see that the only reason we ever feel a need to complain about anything or anyone is our uncertainty, or unsureness of ourselves. You, Nataly, have so much going for you. Just notice who you are and what you are all about and everything else will just disappear!

I am mom, wife, teacher, and coffee addict. My life consists of adventures in raising a college student and a disabled teenager and three small rabbits, all while teaching full time. I preserve my sanity by blogging and gardening and reading and drinking coffee.

It's easier said than done, but so worthwhile, to look for the good and swallow the complaints. Enjoy the peace that comes with your positive outlook.

I am originally from Florida now living in Alaska. My husband and I moved here when he was in the military and fell in love with this beautiful place so much that we had to stay for good. I have 4 wonderful kids who I adore. I love my career and take great pride in it. I am in my last year of graduate school.

I have been trying for the last few months to have a more positive outlook on life in general. So far it is working pretty well.
