Ok, we're all constantly trying to make sure our kids don't watch too much TV, but how much TV do you watch at home?

Almost none. I don´t have time to watch TV! The one show that I do watch on a regular basis is Supernatural, but since the blackout, that´s gone, so I only catch snippets of shows that my hubby watches while I´m working on the other side of the room.

Sadly, I watch TV all the time. I try to keep up to date on the news. I watch all the law enforcement shows like Cops, Law and Order, Forensic Files, plus some of the reality shows; the dancing one, and the trivia ones. I love those!

The writer's stike offered me an opportunity to step back from my television watching habits. The truth is that I really like relaxing in front of an engaging television show. But I was watching way more television than just the shows that really engage me. So now, I almost exclusively watch tv from the dvr- shows I already know I like and want to watch. So that turns out to be an hour or so a night (unless the Daily Show was a repeat, and then it might just be 30 min). FYI, these are my shows: Friday Night Lights, 30 Rock, The Office, Lost, How I Met Your Mother, and The Daily Show. Oh, and Grey's Anatomy, but it might be on its way out...

Since we switched to DVR about 2 years ago, I watch very little and most of it after the girls are in bed. There are days I do not even turn the tv on! I am a fan of Brothers and Sisters and Biggest Loser. I will also speed watch Idol and Dancing with the Stars.

On average, I would say an hour a day. My two year-old, maybe a 30 minutes a week.

I like Desperate Housewives and Brothers and Sisters on Sunday nights. I try and catch my soap operas All my Children and General Hospital during the week but I usually just catch bits and pieces. I usually watch American Idol but after Michael Johns my favorite was voted off I stopped watching.
