How do you help your spouse that has had surgery bounce back?

  • My Husband has recently gone through surgery, to help relieve a problem leg. He had what the doctors call, Constrictive Compartment Syndrome. Which means that the 4 compartments of muscle groups in his legs were not properly relaxing after a PT workout. Which would make his legs concernedly numb. He went in for the surgery, and everything has seemed to go well. I just would like to know if there is any way to help encourage him to work on getting it back in working order.
