Let your thoughts wander while exercising...

  • When I want fresh inspiration or just a daily inspiration, I go for a walk or run or bike ride. Then I let my mind wander. Usually, I have to let myself go for a little while and then it all flows in, all the great ideas!
    I like to think big and the best places for me is a more wealthy neighborhood and the park. I look at all the leaves and trees and know that we are living in abundance.

  • That's a great suggestion. I agree that a beautiful surrounding helps your ideas to flow and brings optimism. For me, gardening is a good way to work off some tension and clear my head. Because I always garden alone it's a good time to sort through my mental to-do list.
