I am the co-founder & CEO of Work It, Mom! This is my first stint as a full-time entrepreneur and it's the most thrilling and scary thing I've ever done.
Before launching Work It, Mom! I slaved away in the dark world of venture capital.

My "can't live without" isn't on that list: my laptop.
I don't stay connected when I'm outside the house. But I drag my laptop all over the house and onto the deck so I can work while doing other things. It's my only fashion accessory. No one knows what my chest looks like anymore because it's always hidden behind my laptop screen.

I am a suburban working mom surrounded by stay-at-home moms, in a community that caters to them. I have a son who is in first grade, and had a daughter in September of 2007. My husband has an hour-long commute, so it sometimes feels like I am a single mom.

I really want a Roomba or Blackberry, but don't have either one of those yet. I guess my "can't live without item" would have to be my laptop, so I can obsessively read blogs and check my e-mail while I am at home.

Hi! I was an executive director until my son was 6months old, then I became a SAHM. I am currently promoting my website which was created to provide support and resources for moms with a focus on WAHM's.

I'm with Trudi on this one...there are no other "gadgets" (unless a coffeemaker counts as a gadget) I can't live without, but me and my laptop are inseperable.

I am ridiculously proud of the fact that I get to raise two really amazing kids. I am single by design and wouldn't have it any other way. Professionally I have accomplished a lot both in the corporate world and running my own business. I know what it is like to be unemployed and under-employed. Personally, I am a diehard optimist, terminally perky and a hardcore believer in personal accountability.

I'm a WAHM who owns her own business, called NICU 101. Both of my girls were born premature, and they are about to be joined by a brother.

How do you girls like the roomba?
I can't live without my cell and am in the process of getting some sort of smartphone/crackberry. That would alleviate the dependency on the laptop Any suggestions appreciated!

I LOVE the roomba! I also have the scooba! Can't imagine life without either of them.
I also have a Palm Treo and love it. I couldn't go back to a standard cell phone.
