  • Throw an old T-shirt on over your business clothes so that you can do the morning kid routine without worrying about spills or stains

  • To juggle work and family the Main thing I have is my organizer......and a Mini van..:-) ...Still its not fool proof but working on it for sure!!!! Quick stress reducer is giving myself a time out (when possible) or sitting in the rocking chair on my front porch just to catch my breath! Me time....still far in betweeen.....Will def take advice on this one.

  • Toenail polish was my lifesaver after my second daughter was born six months ago. As simple as it sounds, toenail polish made me feel like a normal person and realize that, after three months of no sleep and a Cesarean scar, my life WOULD get better. I would once again be able to stay up late and watch NCIS ;)

  • Traveling for business? Take digital pictures of your packed luggage (open and closed), leave the images on your camera, leave a copy at home (or on your computer), and put the prints with your passport and tickets. If your bag is lost or any item is missing, you have picture-perfect evidence to show officials -- and may even get your stuff back.

  • Traveling with kids who are still potty training? Line a plastic sandpail (like for playing at the beach) with a plastic grocery bag, and put a diaper at the bottom of the bag. The child sits on it like a potty, the diaper absorbs the mess, and you simply tie the bag shut and dispose of it in a trash can. No more last-minute, no-rest-stop-in-sight emergencies!

  • Use kitchen shears to cut pancakes and waffles into bite-size pieces for your kids. Much easier and faster -- and less messy! -- than using a knife!

  • Wake up earlier. Keep one calendar with all of your appointments - work and family. Schedule "mom time" into the calendar and ask that your spouse cover for you during that time.
