I keep a list of all the grocery I have in my fridge fixed on the fridge door. This way no food item is left forgotten and gets spoiled before it can be used. also helps me plan meals in advance. As i dont have to prod in the fridge to make sure I have all the items needed to make a particular dish. Also ..... helps me schedule my grocery shopping such that I not caught without anything to cook or with too much inventory!! The icing on the cake .... I have been able to cut about 80$ of my grocery bill. hope it helps.”
