Total = 1480While this is still a very high calorie meal it saves you over 1200 calories! Just small changes will do the trick. If you want to save even more opt out of any food items you don't love. For instance, if you love mashed potatoes and don't care too much about stuffing then just omit the stuffing. Keep the mashed potatoes the same portion and you saved another couple hundred calories. Taking an evening walk will help you to burn a few more calories this day as well. The moral of the story is that you can indulge, have a great thanksgiving and keep up your progress towards your weight loss and health goals.
