6. If you decide to build the business and someone in your business achieves a higher level than you, is there a possibility that they could be taken out of your business or will you be rewarded for their success?
 Of course the latter would be best. You want a business that promotes and rewards for helping others in your business without a fear of losing them. Once in your business, they should always be in your business.

7. Is there a strong, successful support team in place that provides free training and a duplicatable system that anyone can learn and follow? You want to ensure that there is support and step by step guidance with free training. You don’t want to join and be left hanging to try and figure things out on your own. Team Work makes the Dream Work!
