Fruit Salsa with Baked Cinnamon Chips

When you’re looking something sweet for your family’s appetite, try this fruit salsa with homemade baked cinnamon chips. The whole family will love this unique recipe whether it’s for a quick snack or a healthier fruit dessert. You can even make the side dish for your next summer barbecue!



- 2 kiwis, peeled and diced

- 2 apples, peeled and diced 

- 1 pound strawberries

- 8 oz raspberries

- 2 tablespoons white sugar

- 1 tablespoon brown sugar

- 3 tablespoons fruit preserves

- 10 flour tortillas, 10-inch

- 2 cups cinnamon sugar



Mix fruits, raspberries, white sugar, brown sugar and fruit preserves in a large bowl. Chill in fridge for 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray one side of each flour tortilla with cooking spray. Cut into wedges and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Place on pan. Bake in oven for 10 minutes. Cool and serve with fruit salsa.
