Tasty No-Bake Flat Bread

This simple flat bread can be whipped up in no time at all and cooked in a similar fashion to pancakes. It's a great side to this mostly hands-free dinner recipe.

  • 2 C. flour
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. fast active yeast
  • 2/3 C. water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt and yeast. Then make a well in the center and slowly fill with water and oil and begin stirring. Slow widen the well as you stir. Knead for 4 minutes or until the dough is smooth then split into 8 even balls and roll them out flat. Heat up a skillet and cook for a minute or less on each side, until it bubbles slightly, then flip.
