Lemon French Toast

When you’re in mood of a zesty flavor for breakfast, add a little lemon juice to your French toast! The whole family won't be able to get enough of the delicious lemony taste with this new breakfast recipe.


- 2 eggs

- 1/3 cup sugar

- 1/2 cup milk

- 1 loaf bread, buttered

- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

- 1 tablespoon cooking oil


Beat eggs, sugar and milk until smooth. Add extract. Beat until lemon-colored. Slice bread in half. Oil frying pan on medium heat. Soak bread in egg mixture. Place on pan. Cook each side until golden brown. Serve with toppings of your choosing.
