Classic Swedish Pancakes

Make Swedish pancakes a favorite Sunday morning meal with this quick recipe! Similar to crepes, they’re lighter than regular pancakes and you can add your very own toppings. If you're looking for a healthy, yet more dense pancake, try our easy gluten-free banana pancakes.


- 8 eggs

- 6 cups milk

- 3 cups flour

- 2 teaspoons salt

- 3 1/2 tablespoons butter


Mix eggs and 3 cups milk in a large bowl. Beat in flour and salt. Add butter and remaining milk. Stir until smooth. Spray frying pan with cooking spray. Place on stove over medium heat. Pour batter in a circle. Cook and flip pancake until both sides are golden brown.
