According to the FDA and EPA, there are new guidelines about the fish consumption for pregnant woman, young children and breastfeeding mothers. These guidelines encourage these women and tots to include fish in their diets.
We all know over the past years women have been told to not eat fish when pregnant. Now, women are now encouraged to eat 8 to 12 ounces per week. You are allowed to eat anything except raw fish! No sushi for you yet, soon-to-be moms.
