Everyone loves their share of sweets especially our little ones! We can’t forget that they need to eat healthy. Bananas are a delicious substitute for them. This homemade banana ice cream is quick to make and they won’t even recognize that it is gluten free.
- 4 large bananas, ripe and frozen
- 2 cups almond milk, unsweetened
- 4 teaspoons peanut butter
- Healthy toppings of your choice (fresh fruit, almonds, honey etc.)
Slice bananas and place in bag. Freeze overnight. Next day, blend bananas, milk and peanut butter until smooth. Freeze in plastic container for at least one hour before serving. Add your favorite toppings!
