Easy Cinnamon Roll Casserole

If you’re in charge of feeding a horde of hungry kids in the morning, this is an essential recipe! Not only will this feed a crowd, but everyone who tries it will love you for making it! That ooey gooey center and sugary top is just too good to resist.  

  • 2 tubes cinnamon rolls (with icing)
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • Preheat your oven to 375
  • In a bowl beat the eggs.
  • Mix in the cream and vanilla.
  • Lay the cinnamon rolls in a casserole dish, touching, and pour the egg mixture over them.
  • Sprinkle the brown sugar over the top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes and drizzle the packaged icing over the top.
