Chia Blueberry Smoothie

Be sure to power through your morning with this delicious chia see and blueberry smoothie. This smoothie is full of antioxidants and is sure to give you the boost you need in the morning.Ingredients:

  • 1 C. frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 C. unsweetened pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 C. water
  • 1 Tbs. chia seeds

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add extra chia seeds to the smoothie if desired.
