White Chocolate Cheesecake Squares

These white chocolate cheesecake squares are one of a kind. Indulge after dinner with these delicious bars and we bet you won't be able to have just one!Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 C. thin chocolate wafer cookies, crushed (1 1/4 cups)
  • 6 Tbs. melted butter
  • 2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 C. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 C. White chocolate baking bars, chopped
  • 1 Tbs. flour

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 F. Grease 9x9- pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cookies and butter and press mixture in bottom of pan. Bake 10 minutes.
  3. Reduce oven temperature to 325 F..
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until fluffy and gradually add in eggs.
  5. In another bowl, combine chopped white chocolate and flour and add to the cream cheese mixture. Spread the batter over crust.
  6. Bake bars for about 25 minutes or until edges are set but the center still is a bit jiggly.
  7. Refrigerate bars for 2 1/2 hours before cutting and serving.
