I am certainly less driven. I no longer say yes to everything and drive myself into the ground. I have more balance. I have more fun. I enjoy my business colleagues, sharing my skills and contributing to the world through my work. And ambition is still alive and well, pushing me toward the realization of my dreams. Over the last 5 years I went from doing sales, sales training, coaching and marketing to my recent move to Membership Development Director for the National Association of Mothers' Centers. I have my dream job. Ambition - I'm just getting started!
