  • Eat a fruit or vegetable each meal
  • Choose whole grains in place of the white refined products

  • Walk 3 days a week
  • Take the stairs whenever there is an option

Recreation & Fun
  • Have a fun outing with family each week that includes some sort of physical activity such as biking, hiking, skiing, sledding, etc.

  • Drink a cup of tea when I get too stressed at work

  • Take a 10 minutes during the day to get up and stretch and drink a glass of water

  • Read a chapter from a spiritual growth book each night before bed
  • Quiet time first thing in the morning before the kids get up
