When the pressure is on, when it counts most, do we really have each other's backs? Can we count on one another as a true "sisterhood" of working women -- the way the old boys' club works in corporate America? No, you say? So what would our workplace look like if we did? What would our experience at work be like? What would that unleash and allow for that isn't accessible the way we're working today? No more backstabbing, no more cattiness, no more scathing thoughts/remarks/rumors. That would be a real She-Force.
