Yet many of us take some sort of twisted pride in doing simultaneous chores, like those competitive eaters who stuff dozens of hot dogs down their throat at one sitting.

So, come on. Give uni-tasking a whirl. That means no more checking voice mails while stuffing goody bags! No more flossing while watching “Grey’s Anatomy”!
