How to get 12 kids from seven schools to one event

Once we arrive, my sitter can watch my son for me in the Visitor Center while I go into the presentation with my daughter. After the presentation, my daughter, my son and I will join my husband in his car and be off for the evening. My sitter will drive my car home -- she needs to get home by 4:30, so she doesn't have to leave until 3:45 or so, which allows for a few minutes to linger and check out the exhibits in the visitor center after the scheduled presentation ends. Mom B and Mom A - who should drive your kiddos where after the program? I think Dad C can take them back to School C - you'll have to ask him when he'll get there. Or they can ride home with my sitter (and Mom D and Child D) who will arrive at my house by 4:30, when my sitter's shift for me ends.

If my sitter is in charge of driving Child B and Child A home, pay her a little something for that. She might also be able to watch Child B and Child A after 4:30 - if you'd like that, ask my sitter if she's available and what she charges. Here's hoping you can all work this out! I just need Mom B to email me details of how to pick up Child B.
