Don’t let fear get in the way of your dreams

Recognizing fear and believing in yourself enough to overcome that fear

Once you have your steps outlined, you need to take action. At this point you should be motivated to start moving toward the action that was initially causing you fear. Take that first step NOW, and schedule in when you will take each of the next steps. Sometimes it’s easier to have the steps itemized with deadlines. Then you just need to follow the steps by the deadlines you set, instead of having to think of the big picture every time you are ready to take that next step.

So what are the fears that are holding you back from realizing your goals? What symptoms appear when fear has crept in? Can you recognize the fear? Picture yourself with power and confidence as you move through each step of the process until you reach your goal.
