Love the in-laws! Lately I’ve seen parents getting creative and many have been able to utilize the help of their in-laws part-time while having a nanny work the rest of the week. This also works with telecommuting. Parents have been able to work part of the week from home and using a nanny for the rest. There are many nannies who only want to work part-time or enjoy splitting their time between two families.
