Some lower calorie/sugar/fat alternatives and tips:

- Regular brewed coffee

- Caffe Americano (hot or iced)

- Unsweetened iced tea

- Tea (tea bags)

- Choose skim milk over regular milk with lattes and chai teas

- Ask for half the syrup or powder in flavored lattes and chai teas

- Skip the whipped cream

  • *sigh* it is so true. I was drinking a grande skim orange mocha or caramel machiato or whatever about twice a day. i decided that was way to expensive and went down to 1 a week. lost 2 lbs in that week. INSANE! but hey, save money AND lose weight? what a deal! ha!
