Strive for consistency, not perfection. Don't let your attitude blow it for you. Refer back to tip number one and remind yourself that a shortened or modified workout is better than skipping the whole thing whenever possible because it keeps the habit going. This is where creativity and backup plans are important. Consistency and feeling “on track” are worth more than the actual content of any single workout session because longevity is the key to success!
