And if nothing seems to work, just hold on, continue to workout and eat well. Plateaus eventually break and we move to that next level. And don't forget that the ultimate reason for exercising and eating well is for health and wellness. Because when it comes down to it, if you look good and feel unhealthy, was it worth it? Did all those tough choices and long workouts pay off the way you thought they would if your body doesn't feel strong?
I'm hoping the answer is no. Make being healthy and strong and powerful the underlining reason for your healthy lifestyle and the plateau will simply be a temporary setback to a life long mission of an amazing life.
