In most cases this is fine and if there are items there that you want to back up on your own via download or copy/paste, that is all you will need. If you aren't comfortable with that and do rely on your 'free' account for income, I would suggest looking to move into a hosted and more secure solution. That said, know that the 'free' services have a business need to maintain uptime and availability of content so the likely hood of something happening is low, but they are providing a little CYA for themselves justincase something happens.
