		<description>I usually do make resolutions, but this year I have decided to make only one: To try to make each day a little better than the last. I think it'll help me be mindful of my days (similar to WIM's My Day at a Glance), which is a worthy goal in itself, and it won't stress me out like my usual long, multiple lists of TO DOs. :) 

I like your monthly goal-setting ideas, though. Another good tactic, and probably more proactive than mine. But mine's all I can handle right now, I think.
