My kids have been talking about which friends they want to invite to their next birthday (the next birthday I have to host is three months away, but that’s how kids roll) and we’ve also talked about what kind of cake they want me to make for them. This got me searching for a cake stand because while my usual trick of putting in on a dinner plate and then wrapping the leftover cake in tin foil works, it’s a little messy and definitely not pretty. I had a hard time finding one that wasn’t overly girly (I have two boys and one girl) and I think that this one will do.
