I attend a boot camp twice a week and once of the things my instructor has started incorporating is the Kettlebell. She’ll be gone for a month over the holidays, so to balance out the days I run, I’ve asked for a Kettlebell and some new workout DVD’s for Christmas. (Yes, I’m weird that way.)
