Winter hats are called ‘toques’ in Canada, and regardless of the country you are living in, hats help to keep you warm. My sister-in-law and I have committed to keep running outside all winter, so I wrote a post on my personal site asking for running gear recommendations. I was in a big city for the weekend and made my way to my favorite shoe store: NAOT. The temperatires are cooler, and sandals will no longer do. I have a pair of knee-high boots, but have been wanting a shorter pair to wear with jeans. The sales ladies suggested I try these mid-calf boots, so that I could wear them either with jeans, or with tights and a skirt. Not only are they stylish and versatile, they are the most comfortable pair of boots I’ve ever worn.
