A friend and I were talking about some of the gadgets we had growing up and one that came up was the lighted mirror I had. It was rectangular, with “doors” that were extra mirrors when opened. The mirror had different settings for “day”, “night”, etc. I used it DAILY back when I was single and … I don’t know whatever happened to it. Currently, I do my makeup under fluorescent light, and while I know what I’m doing, I often find things I need to fix once I hit daylight. I think this mirror will keep me from frightening small children, mine or others.

I switched from Windows to Mac three years ago and am a fangirl. I have a MacBook Pro, an (old) iTouch, an iPhone 4, and just got an iPad last month. That last one was out of necessity (ish) because I often use my lunch hours to do freelance work, but my day job has now blocked some websites, and is monitoring all Internet usage. Yes, really. I, like many of my friends both online and offline, have an iPhone. I love to use my iPhone as my poiny-and-shoot camera and am an active Instagrammer.
