I bought myself some little daisy earrings on Etsy awhile back, to be SMALL with my new decorative glasses (big showy earrings plus decorative glasses = head accessory overkill). They were PERFECT. Sadly, some of the petals broke off a daisy, and it doesn’t look fixable to me: the little plastic daisies were glued to earring backings, but there isn’t enough earring platform for the broken-off petals to be glued back onto.
I’m in the market for replacements, and this time I’m looking for something more durable. It doesn’t have to be a daisy, but it needs to be small.

Daisy earrings by Nest Pretty Things Kids on Etsy. They’re $13.50 including shipping, and the petals are better designed for non-snapping-off. But do they look a little tiny bit…eggy?

Little Gull Little Leaf earrings by Anna Ruby King on Etsy, $17.50 including shipping.

Tiny daisy post earrings by Peculiar Forest on Etsy, $35.50 with shipping. That’s substantially more than I’d planned to spend (I didn’t notice the price until I’d added them to the list), but maybe I’ll put them on my gift list.

Vintage green stud earrings by Tangled and True on Etsy, $12 including shipping. (There’s an orange version, too.) If these are sold when you click through, you can picture them on my ears. They aren’t exactly what I set out looking for, but I think they’d go with pretty much everything I wear.

Tiny daisies by Jake and Noel on Etsy, $16.50 including shipping. I’m worried they might be a little heavy, and therefore tippy.

Deepskyblue cosmos earrings by Papermache on Etsy, $7.75 including shipping.

Summer Blooms Duet earrings by Liz Hutnick on Etsy, $12 for both pairs including shipping.

White/Yellow Enamel Flower Earrings (photo from Amazon.com), $12.94 including shipping.

Bluebird Enamel Earrings (photo from Amazon.com), $19.50 including shipping.
I think the strongest contenders are the vintage green, the Jake and Noel daisies, the Summer blooms duet, and the enamel flowers.
All beautiful choices.
Although not the same style-wise, I thought I’d share my favorite earring shop on Etsy.

Have you considered asking the seller to replace the earring that broke? You haven’t had them for long. Unless of course the earring was broken in a wild wrestling match with your little monkeys

I like the Little Gull Little Leaf ones the best! But I have a Thing for mismatched earrings. I used to have some that I got from a cute shop in Durham, NC that looked a little like this:
(o) o~~
They had little purple gemstones in them. No one ever knew what they were, but they were a sperm and egg. Mwa ha!
The summer blooms duet are really pretty, and such a good deal. Two pairs in one!
Anyway, tiny earrings rule. Sometimes I’ll also spend like 8 bucks at a Claire’s or something like that and get a pack of 8 different small colored studs.

We are now earring buddies! I love those greenish ones, but they were sold out when I clicked through. I looked at the orange ones, but to me, the design makes them look like ACTUAL ORANGE slices, so I declined. And sulked for awhile. Then looked at the seller’s Etsy site today and lo and behold, there was another pair. I’m picturing them on my ears now, as I wait for them to come in the mail. Thanks for the link!
