Pumpkin awesomeness

Le Creuset 12-ounce pumpkin casserole (photo from Amazon.com). Let’s not even look at the price. Let’s just focus on the cuteness and imagine making each dinner guest their own personal Thanksgiving-leftovers casserole in one of these. They’re 4-for-3, so…. No. Let’s not compute the price. Let’s just daydream a little longer.

Wilton pumpkin-pie-shaped pie tin (photo from Amazon.com). This seems clever AND adorable, especially for families that make more than one kind of pie. Er, not that there’s any confusion once the pies have been cut into. Still. Cute.

Wilton pumpkin-shaped icing decorations (photo from Amazon.com). I didn’t sign up for Halloween treats for my kids’ classes (I chose Valentine’s Day instead), but now I wish I had. I LIKE decorated things but I’m not very DEDICATED. I’d use some Halloween-mix sprinkles and put one of these pumpkins on each cupcake and I’d be done and happy.

Pumpkin-shaped rosette iron (photo from Amazon.com). I DO NOT KNOW WHAT A ROSETTE IRON IS. I will go look it up. Ah ha! My goodness, those look delicious.

Grasslands Road Pumpkin Patch tidbit plates, set of 8 (photo from Amazon.com). I immediately want to see the other three designs.

Coffee-Mate Pumpkin Spice (photo from Amazon.com). Everyone has been talking about their pumpkin spice lattes and that is making me want one. I wonder if this Coffee-Mate stuff is any kind of substitute? I do generally like Coffee-Mate creamers.

Ooo, or maybe Amoretti Pumpkin Spice syrup (photo from Amazon.com) is the way to go!

Or perhaps a regular coffee, plus a sack of these babies.

  • On a whim, I bought the coffeemate liquid pumpkin spice creamer even though I’m not usually a pumpkin spice fan and the bottle was empty WAY too quickly. I will be buying more. Maybe multiple mores.

I haven’t seen the Coffee Mate but I will be looking for it!

  • I have these pans, and they are awesome and adorable. Each muffin cup makes half of a pumpkin. First you cut off the tops and eat them separately, and then you glue the halves together with cream cheese or icing to make a whole tiny pumpkin!

  • Pumpkin spice creamer OR reese pumpkins and regular coffee— def. a tough choice. perhaps both- on different days- for comparision sake of course.

once or twice, i’ve made a pumpkin latte from scratch… well, if you count using canned pumpkin as scratch! but still- a bit o’ milk in the saucepan, a drop of vanilla, a few tablespoons of pumpkin, a dash of sugar (just make up whatever measurements seem like you’d like ‘em)… mmmm. totally worth the 15 minutes and extra pan to clean :)

but now, i’m wondering if dropping a reese’s into a regular cup, and stirring it up to melt it, would taste equally as good (if not pumpkiny)?
