I like to think of myself as a bit of a movie buff and hate it when I meet someone who has a more encyclopedic knowledge of films (and who has memorized more movie lines, too). And, since we don’t get out that much, movies have become a treat, when we can just hit the couch and be fine with a night in - whereas in our child-less days, this would have been frowned upon.
So in that light, heregoes with the first edition of “What to Watch” for the parent set - my subjective picks for the week.
These suggestions might be biased toward folks in the Northeast, where the temps have dropped into the 20s already, but I thought a few beach-front/summer movies (to watch once the kids have gone to bed) would at least make you feel all warm on the inside:
*L.A. Story - classic Steve Martin (”I’ll have a half double decaffeinated half-caf, with a twist of lemon.”), all in sunny L.A.
*Point Break - two hot hunks for you, action for the hubby - what could be better?
*Body Heat - hot thriller in the hot Florida summer. Oh yes.
You like these? Let me know.

ha, sounds like I should get you together with my hubby and we should a little competition.
How about some oldies. or some American classics. Since I wasn’t born here I would love to watch those and know more.
