What’s for dinner?: Hot sandwich recipes

Categories: Food & Cooking

A cold sandwich just doesn’t do it as a dinner for me, but a hot one? Any time. To go beyond our usual grilled cheese or grilled cheese with tomatoes or grilled cheese with turkey (yes, we eat a lot of grilled cheese ), I’m going to try out these recipes over the coming weeks:

Culinate.com : Rollup with spinach, feta and olives . Probably not very kid-friendly, but looks good for a quick adult dinner.

Simplyrecipes.com : Toasted turkey arugula sandwich .

Myrecipes.com : Chicken panini with fig jam . Yum.

Ordering Disorder: Sloppy joes (great to make and eat with kids).

  • Reubens are quick and easy too. We just put them in the oven to cook.
