Now that the hustle and bustle of the holidays is behind us, the time has come to venture into the season of winter BLAH. You know, the cold and dark months of January and February, when many of us desperately crave sunlight and warmer temperatures.
Seasonal Affective Disorder rears its ugly head in full force during these months, and many people find that sitting in front of an artificial light source is helpful in curing their winter blues. According to many professionals, that brightness can help to lighten moods.

I hit the sales New Years Day (I really shouldn’t have, I work for one of those companies that’s in the news) and everything I bought is green or blue. I love green and blue! Why, this fall, did I think I loved only black, charcoal and chocolate?
