… drink this amazing green tea with pomegranate. (In ideal conditions, I drink it from a glass cup - the green color is calming, I am sure.)
… go for a walk, listening to NPR.
… put on some lip gloss and my current most favorite perfume.
… eat some dark chocolate bits.
… call my mom or my dad (yes, I AM like that).
… if it’s late evening, go into my daughter’s room and watch her sleep (OK, I do kiss her and wake her up sometimes, sue me.)
… watch an episode of Monk or Closer or Project Runway with my husband while eating cereal.
… Internet-window shop for shoes or deals.
… say hi to some members on Work It, Mom! (yes, true story, the next time you get a message from it, you might be my cheap therapy.)
… read stupid celebrity news.
… if there is a class that day, go to the most awesome Pilates class ever, taught by the most awesome Pilates instructor ever.

I too indulge in some bits of chocolate! I eat the Dove chocolates because each piece has an uplifting message inside the wrapper. Clearly a woman came up with this product. I also love to chill out with cereal and t.v. with my hubby!

ooh when i feel crappy i like to just shut off technology and sit and read a book. or sleep. sleep is always good!
actually i have figured out i feel crappiest when i am doing lots but not seeing a lot of tangible accomplishments. the quick fix? baking! my husband likes these moods as he will end up with yummy treats (cookies, brownies, cupcakes, etc.)!!

I blog! ( <~~ Suckup)
Or I look for someone who feels crappier than I do and try to make them feel better. Weird, huh?

I indulge in a glass of wine and watch something I like from the dvr. Grey’s Anatomy usually works.
