My husband and I were at a coffee shop this morning, stealing away a rare half hour to do nothing but hang out before we headed for our favorite spin class together. Our daughter was with my parents (thank you, parents!) and despite the fact that it was negative hundred degrees outside, I was really enjoying sipping coffee, eating soda bread toast and cream cheese, and flipping through the free issue of Skirt magazine I’d found at the coffee shop. (The fact that my husband was sitting across from me didn’t hurt either:)
One of the articles in the magazine began with this quote, which I loved:
There will come a time when you believe everything is finished.
That will be the beginning.
-Louis L’Amour
I’m not quite sure why it appeals to me so much right now, but as they say, it spoke to me.

nice. I am feeling this quote too. a beginning of whatever is just hopeful, beginning of the year, starting something new, etc.

i love this! to me it says - you finish and start many things - so enjoy the entire process! Because finishing and starting are mearly the doorways between rooms.
thanks so much for sharing - with just this little post you got me all inspired (and reminded me to go through my Pink mag - i get it and rarely find time to read it!!)
